Responsible for the Risk Consulting practice at Crowe AS (Italy), former partner and founder of a risk consulting firm with a customer portfolio of about 15 Italian listed companies, he worked also at Deloitte, Enterprise Risk Services.
Stefano has provided Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit services for over 18 years to large and medium size companies in the Automotive, Pharma, Utilities, Fashion, Retail, Telecom sectors. In his role Stefano has worked with clients in Italy and abroad in the development, implementation and improvement of their risk management and internal control systems, also in connection with Italian (e.g. D.Lgs. 231/2001) and foreign (e.g. US SOX) requirements.
He deals with Italian Anti-Bribery Act (D.Lgs. 231/2001) since the first compliance year, developing methodologies and carrying out complex projects, including training programs. Stefano is chairman and member of a number of Italian 231 Supervisory Boards and has published several articles on Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 as well as Risk Management.
