Olawale Awosina has over 18 years GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) experience that cuts across Health, Banking, Insurance, and Consulting. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration specializing on Risk Management, a Master of Business Administration, a Special Executive Master of Business Administration, an International Diploma in Financial Crimes Prevention, and BA (Hons) Business Administration and Finance. He also holds a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy, a Certificate in Advance Project Management, and a Certificate in Operational Risk Management (Basel II).

Olawale is a Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals, a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association, a Certified ISO 31000 Risk Management Professional, a Certified ISO 31000 Lead trainer, and a Certified ISO 31000 Lead Auditor, and has organised and led several ISO 31000 Risk Management Trainings.
