Marinus is a Dutch Registered Accountant and holds a Master in Philosophy of Religion. As a consultant he assists management teams with structuring the relations between holdings and subsidiaries regarding all aspects of their daily operations. It implies finding a suitable balance between local autonomy and central standardisation, between trust and control. Marinus has extensive experience with developing and conducting seminars, trainings, workshops and lectures in the areas of risk management, performance management, corporate governance, compliance management internal control, internal audit, finance and controlling. He regularly contributes articles to professional magazines and is speaker at conferences.
