Francisco Javier García Cidoncha is an experienced executive with 31 years of experience in various sectors such as defense, aerospace, information technology and engineering. He has worked in international environments since 1997.
He is currently the Principal Quality Assurance Engineer at the NATO Communications and Information Agency (Air and Missile Defense Command and Control Directorate) and has previously occupied positions as Head of the Quality Management Branch and Policy / Quality Management Advisor to Strategic Leadership at the NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Force, Geilenkirchen (Germany), Quality Leader (Engineering Centre), Chief of the Systems and Networks Branch, Customer Support and Help Desk Manager (Information Technology), etc.
Francisco Javier is holder of a Master´s of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Technical Support (Computer Science), a post-graduate Diploma in Quality Management and is currently a Doctoral Candidate (in Management). Besides being a Certified ISO 31000 Lead Trainer, he is also formally certified as ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, ITIL® Expert in Service Management, Prince2® Practitioner and Change Management Registered Practitioner.
