Rob has had a leadership role in ERM at Hydro One since 2000, and developed much of Hydro One’s pioneering ERM methodology. He has successfully applied ERM techniques to a diverse range of business problems and decisions, including annual business and investment planning, major transformational, infrastructure, customer, and technology projects, acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, downsizing, and outsourcing.
Rob was a contributing author to the Wiley textbook, “Enterprise Risk Management: Today’s Leading Research and Best Practices for Tomorrow’s Executives,” and is guest lecturer for the Schulich Business School “Masters Certificate Program on Business Performance and Risk Management.
He is an Industrial Engineering graduate of the University of Toronto.Dr. Anthony Davidson has over 25 years experience leading organizations, and consulting to executives, while developing new growth opportunities that create enduring value. As the founding Dean of the SCPS Division of Programs in Business at New York University he utilized his multidisciplinary expertise gained across a wide range of industries to create and deliver innovative, customized programs that align with strategic objectives. In July 2011, after a national search to find a leader with a distinctive combination of business and academic skills, Dr. Davidson was appointed Dean of the School of Graduate and Professional Studies at Manhattanville College where he founded the Education and Research Center for Managing Risk, believed to be the first of its kind in the United States of America.
