Conference 2014 The Global Institute for Risk Management Standards seeks comprehensive, professional white papers that deal exclusively with risk management practices based on ISO 31000 for presentation in conjunction with our third annual conference to be held in New York City on July 14-15, 2014. These will include:

  • Discussions on ISO 31000 risk management concepts and best practices
  • Tolls for implementation in the public and private sector
  • Debate and discussion on the efficacy of the existing standard
  • Case studies of real-world solutions provided using ISO 31000 or into an ISO 31000 environment
  • Risk management maturity assessments, gap analysis to the ISO 31000 standard and tools used

The ideal paper will include:

  • An executive summary and abstract of between 45 and 120 words
  • An index of major topics addressed in the paper (i.e. risk identification, tools, Delphi, etc.)
  • Double spaced article of between 7 and 14 pages

Papers should be emailed to no later than May 31, 2014.
